Hey CSA friends and fans, we have some fun things for farm stand today. We will be on Campus, 1505 College Way from 4-6PM tonight!
The asparagus is coming in full swing, we have our first harvest of rhubarb today and LOTS of strawberries. We are offering some discount for those of you who need more than one quart of strawberries for the jam lovers 😉
Thank you to those of you participating in our spring plant sales, today we will not be bringing the tomatoes and bulk of the plants down to campus, but we will bring some of the herbs and spring greens with us. If you have questions about availability of certain varieties please feel free to email uk.csa@uky.edu or text Alli @ 859-948-5581 (I will do my best to respond to those questions promptly). But also please know, inventory will be updated and posted for next weeks farm stand pre orders!
In the coming weeks you can expect: peppers, flowers, and the rest of the herbs! Stay tuned for a SATURDAY, ON FARM, walk up sales day for plants. We are narrowing down the date and time and will let you know next week.
