CSA Newsletter Week 2, May 30th

Farm Happenings

We did it! We made it through the first week of the CSA. I do say that as an accomplishment for all of us. Its a whole new routine for summer break, but we are stoked to be apart of yours! I just have a few reminders for the near future for y’all:

  • If you referred someone to the CSA who signed up, make sure to grab your jar of honey at distribution this week.
  • Berry You-Pick and Herbs are open! Flowers, tomatoes and otherwise are not ready so please do not harvest them. Please remember to bring your own containers as well as harvest tools. We also ask kindly that you do not over harvest. You may take no more than one quart, or one jar of berries, herbs etc. Stay tuned for updates on that, as well as more content on etiquette and instructions 🙂
  • Make sure you get your member guide if you didn’t last week. This has a TON of information that will be useful for you to have throughout the season. It contains all the important dates for the season: You-Pick Saturdays, CSA Potluck, etc.
  • If you need to arrange for Friday pickup please text Alli @ (859)948-5581
