The Corn Craze

We hope you’ve been enjoying the bountiful corn—there is still plenty to come, so keep the grill on for grilled corn, or the water boiling for a quick dunk.  Corn freezes really well—I’d recommend blanching the ears, immediately cooling them, cutting the corn off the cob and bagging it for a delightful winter treat ‘fresh’ from the farm.  Here are some great pictures of us, harvesting the sweetness.
